Availability of material
Stone is a natural asset, and quarries can get exhausted. As a result, one or a few colors may become unavailable at a given moment. However, we keep our clients updated about such events regularly.

Delivery
Normally, deliveries are on schedule, but in rare cases, they may be delayed due to civil disturbances such as strikes, port closures, and so on, or natural disasters such as floods, severe rain, storms etc. In such circumstances, buyers are immediately informed of the situation, and Royal Indian Exports will not accept any claims that result from such delays.

Packaging
All packing is done carefully in robust containers to ensure that items are delivered to clients securely. Photos are sent to buyers, and their permission is requested. Despite taking all required measures, there may be an isolated event in which breaking occurs due to numerous package handling along the route. In such circumstances, Royal Indian Exports does not accept claims but provides consumers with insurance coverage.

Quality
We make efforts to offer and ship the highest quality items; nonetheless, the stone is a natural product, and no two pieces are identical. The color and texture variations you notice are natural. In this respect, we get client permission for samples before shipment; nonetheless, the actual product may differ to some amount from the authorized sample, and consumers must be aware of this fact.
